An authentic beach house

This is a true family home that has sheltered several generations all the way to us! Originally a wooden beach chalet nestled in the dunes, then transformed into a seaside house, it withstood the bombings of World War II and remains today one of the last homes in Denneville Plage to retain its original architecture.
We chose to preserve its character and charm while thoughtfully updating the interior. A gentle blend of modern comfort with vintage touches, the house remains simple, warm, and welcoming.

There was no way we could let Les Flots age ungracefully, worn by the trials of life and the elements that smooth, shape — and sometimes damage.

Now, she can continue to welcome us through every season, whether it’s windy, rainy, or sunny, with a simple and cozy comfort: winters by the fireplace, summers watching the sunset from the edge of the garden.

No more trips to the little outhouse tucked in the dune, or outdoor showers with the garden hose!
